AFGHANISTAN
HHI had organized two Jaipur foot camps in Kabul, capital of the post liberated Afghanistan.
More than 1000 landmine victims got a new lease of life after they were fitted with the Jaipur Foot prosthetic by personnel and materials specially flown from India
SUDAN
HHI has provided raw materials and a senior technician from India for the Jaipur foot centre at Khartoum supported by a leading Indian Oil exploration company. Plans are now afoot to fabricate a custom made Mobile Hospital Van to provide such services in the remote interiors of Sudan.
KENYA
With raw materials from India the permanent Jaipur foot centre at Nairobi continues to offer mobility to the thousands of war and accident victims in Kenya and neighbouring countries through free fitment of Jaipur foot prosthetic.
BURUNDI
The permanent Jaipur foot centre at Bujumbura continues to provide yeomen services to the amputees in this strife torn country.
This centre has HHI’s support in terms of raw materials and technical know how.
INDIA
HHI’s centre at Mumbai provides facilities for fitting of Callipers and Jaipur foot to beneficiaries. It also acts as the base for activities in India and overseas. A team of engineers are constantly on the job to upgrade the quality of raw materials and still procure them at optimum costs to keep unit costs low and thus benefit the largest number of patients within the available resources.

Plans are now being drawn to establish a Multi-disability hospital in Gujarat to provide rehabilitation, research and training facilities for Orthopaedic, Hearing, Mental, Visual and Cleft lip/pallette disabilities.
ANGOLA
Angola has hundreds of thousands of amputees awaiting rehabilitation since such facilities are scarce.
HHI is discussing the possibilities of setting up a centre at Luanda, the capital of Angola to fit nearly 5000 limbs every year.
