Help Handicapped International (HHI) sources wheelchairs from reputed manufacturers and distributes to the physically challenged as per a need based assessment.
Wheelchairs are a boon for children and youth who cannot be provided mobility through any other means because of the nature of their disability.
Patients with strong upper limbs are provided with self propelled wheelchairs so that they could lead a near normal life. Others would require an attendant.
Wheelchairs or special CP Chairs are also provided to cerebral palsy patients because this is their only mode of locomotion.
